A good small hotel in an ideal setting with a lot of little extras. Location very close to a lovely boulevard, the center and the sea, and a supermarket and shops. Also, in a good part of town. What an awesome stay, no complaints whatsoever😃

Stayed in this property for 2 nights and greatly enjoyed our choice. The room we had included TV with satellite channels, central heating, and an individual safe. The location was favourable and ideal, right by the center and the sea and the underground mosques.

Professional, very friendly staff towards all guests. Location near a lovely boulevard and the center and the sea. And a 5-minute walk from Taras Shevchenko Statue.

I had a fantastic time during my second stay at Zhanaotel. The hotel is conveniently located just a short stroll from the sea. The breakfasts at the cafe downstairs were a delight, with generous portions and a superb selection of food. The coffee was especially enjoyable. Additionally, being able to eat at the burger shop attached to the hotel until midnight was a great convenience, with options beyond just fast food. The hotel even arranged a packed breakfast for me when I had to leave at 3am, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff were helpful and kind, and the hotel was clean and situated near a supermarket and shops. it was excellent value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

the hotel is lovely small and modern and in a magnificent location in a good part of town. it has very amiable, professional staff. the rooms are spotless with central heating, a private safe, and a flat-screen tv. nothing too much trouble, i would love to go back.

Clean hotel in a nice building right by a supermarket and shops and Aktau. Especially helpful and responsive staff with good manners. A lot of goodies for breakfast. Honestly no complaints.

I always come back because it's perfect for me. The staff is helpful, and I remember the first time they gave me a cold drink in the heat. It has all I need - Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour reception, laundry, and more. I'll be back for Christmas!

The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our romantic escape special. They greeted us with warm smiles and were always willing to assist us with any requests or inquiries we had. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with key attractions and amenities within easy reach. We enjoyed the convenience of having everything we needed close by.

The shower in our room was extremely awkward and unstable, made of cheap plastic that didn't feel secure when using it. It was also quite dark, which made the experience less enjoyable.

They recommended a fantastic guide/driver who was both affordable and knowledgeable. The hotel's location is ideal, situated at the top end of a beautiful boulevard that leads down to the sea. The attached diner, where we enjoyed breakfast, was convenient and served fast food options as well. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even moving us to a new room when there was a hot water pipe leak. it was a great experience and excellent value for money.

The hotel is conveniently located at the top end of a lovely boulevard that takes you down to the sea. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch and the facilities were comfortable. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a diner attached to the hotel where we could have breakfast and even a late-night meal. The location of the hotel in the heart of the city made it easy to explore, and we were also pleased to find that there was parking available for our convenience.

The attached burger restaurant was so convenient, and the front desk ladies were incredibly kind and helpful. The location was perfect, with a beautiful boulevard leading to the sea. We were truly impressed and would definitely stay here again.
